2023 ​MINDSHARE RETREAT

ACAM-CEO hosts a 3-day networking and leadership experience unlike anything you have attended. We aim to build the most immersive, thought-provoking, dynamic event on your calendar each year at a reasonable cost. We invite you join us in 2022.

Frequently Asked Questions


What is the cost of the conference?
The cost of the conference is $650 for first time attendees and $750 for returning attendees.  This cost of the conference includes all meals and evening events.  Attendees are welcome to bring a guest to all meals and evening events at a cost of $300 (see below for additional details).  The cost of the conference goes up $100 on June 1st.
WHAT ARE THE START AND END TIMES? ​
 The Mindshare Retreat begins at noon on Wednesday,  ​August 3, 2022, and goes through noon on Friday, August 5, 2022.

There will be a pre-conference session that will run from 8:00 -11:00 am on Wednesday, August 3, 2022.  The pre-conference session is an additional fee.
Are there evening events? 
The Mindshare Retreat is an all-inclusive event.  There will be networking opportunities, dinner and events Wednesday (August 2, 2023) and Thursday (August 3, 2023) evenings.
Can I bring a plus 1 to the evening events?
Additional guests (18 and older and not affiliated with your employer) are welcome to join us for our evening events at and additional cost of $300. All guests must be registered through our registration page and will be required to wear a name tag during the event.
What is the PRE-conference Session? 
The pre-conference session will be announced shortly.
what is the dress code?
The ACAM-CEO Mindshare Retreat dress code is business casual. Please dress comfortable, keeping in mind that the conference rooms tend to be on the colder side.  If there is a specific dress code for any of the evening events, we will let attendees know. 
How do I reserve a hotel room?

WHAT MEALS ARE PROVIDED?
The Mindshare Retreat is an all-inclusive conference.  A​ll meals and snacks are included from lunch on Wednesday to breakfast on Friday.  For those attending the pre-conference session, Breakfast will be included.
Is there a cut-off date to register or is the conference capped at a certain number?
We recommend everyone register early.  Registration will end 3 weeks prior to the start of the event or if we hit the maximum number of registrants (which ever comes first).  Rates will increase by $100 on May 1,2023.
