5150 Community Management
If you were famous, what would it be for?
Conflict resolution in contentious HOA’s. While I wish it would be for my fantastic dancing skills (I dance a lot like Elaine from Seinfield).
Are you a morning or a night time person?
What is your greatest hope for the CAM industry?
That HOA’s lose the stigma of being overreaching in authority. Boards receive the respect they deserve for volunteering to ensure the communities they are overseeing are the best they can be. That managers/management companies are respected for the insight they bring and the education they provide.
What is your favorite part of your day?
First thing in the morning because it is a new beginning.
If you didn’t have to sleep what would you do with the extra time?
Read, learn something new, craft
What job are you terrible at?
Taking out the trash. My husband states that I would rather let it run over and claim there is room for more before I will even consider taking it out. I guess that is why he is my husband. He understands that I’m not good at taking out the trash.
What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?
Traveling to all of the continents.
What song do you have completely memorized?
I don’t know until I hear the music play and then I have no shame in singing as loud as I can in the car while I’m driving. (Yes, I’m that crazy person!)
What age do you wish you could permanently be?
I don’t. Every year has improved my life and experience in some way.
How do you relax after a hard day of work?
The thing that makes a hard day of work the best is when I get home and my grandchildren are there, unexpectedly, and they are so happy to see me.
