WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST HOPE FOR THE CAM INDUSTRY?
My greatest aspiration for the Community Association Management (CAM) industry is to see it embraced not as an unwelcome presence, but as a valued partner in cultivating vibrant, thriving communities. Whether serving HOAs, condominiums, POAs, or townhome associations, our mission is rooted in collaboration, education, and shared purpose. By shifting the narrative from what's wrong to what’s possible, we can highlight the positive impact CAM professionals bring—fostering connection, enhancing quality of life, and supporting long-term success for every member of the community. This begins with a commitment to constructive dialogue, continuous learning, and a focus on solutions that strengthen the bonds between management and residents. Together, we can build communities that don’t just function, they flourish. What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Friendly, Positive, Caring What is your favorite season and why?
My favorite season is Fall. The crisp air, fall festivals and the preparation for the holiday season are the best! It is one time of the year that my family and I spend a great deal of time together outdoors. The overall relaxed tone and connection we gain is invaluable! What would you do if you won the lottery?
If I won the lottery, I would first buy a large piece of land in the mountains and build both my sons a home as well as one for me. A family compound. Then I would pay off my mom’s home, give her money to relax for all the years to come. Then I would spend it making little blessing happen wherever I was. From paying for someone’s groceries, to assisting in a children’s shelter. Another thing I would do is take my kids on a trip to Montana. We would hike and explore the beautiful area. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A week trip with kids in Sevierville, Tenn. We hiked, fished, and tuned out the world for the whole week. The kids were 6 and 10 and they still talked about it today! What motivates/inspires you?
