Our room block runs from Sunday, July 27 – Saturday, August 2, 2025, offering a selection of luxurious accommodations at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District.

Building Descriptions

• Power Plant: This building retains its historic architectural details, transformed into a contemporary riverside retreat. Guests can enjoy modern-industrial stylings paired with the bold character of the repurposed power plant.
• 
  Three Muses: Designed to reflect pure beauty, the guestrooms in Three Muses reveal soft and sophisticated colors and are adorned with magical realist art. The charming detailing and iconic views of the Savannah Riverfront make it perfect for a romantic getaway.
• 
  Atlantic: Handsome and stately, the Atlantic invites guests on a getaway inspired by a bespoke journey aboard a luxury yacht. Traditional maritime details define this contemporary masterpiece, setting the stage for a stay that’s both relaxing and luxurious.

Important Reservation Policies: Room Block Cut-Off Date: June 26, 2025

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or reductions in room nights after July 1, 2025 may result in ACAM-CEO invoicing you for the full original reservation cost, including taxes and fees.

ACAM-CEO commits to a minimum number of room nights for the MindShare Retreat. If cancellations or reductions after the cut-off date result in unused rooms, ACAM-CEO is charged by the hotel. To ensure conference costs remain affordable, these cancellation fees will be passed along to those who cancel or reduce their stay.

Getting to SAvannah

Airport Travel

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) offers numerous daily nonstop flights from major cities, including Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Boston, Miami, and more. Airlines operating at SAV include American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest, United, JetBlue, and Allegiant.

Distance to JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District:
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 10 miles from the resort, with a 15-20 minute drive to the historic district. Rideshare services, taxis, and rental cars are readily available for convenient transportation.  The hotel charges a $53 overnight fee for valet parking and $48 overnight fee for self-park.
