ANNUAL MINDSHARE RETREAT

Starting in 2011, ACAM-CEO hosts an annual, 3-day Mindshare Retreat for C-Level executives of community association management companies across the country. This event is a networking and leadership experience, unlike anything you have attended. We aim to build the most immersive, thought-provoking, dynamic event on your calendar each year. We encourage our attendees to share and learn in a supportive, nurturing environment. Our Board of volunteer visionaries believes that the community association management industry can benefit from company leaders that embrace a continuous-improvement attitude.

We wouldn’t miss the ACAM-CEO MindShare! This gathering of industry leaders is formatted to allow for true sharing and collaboration among some of the best minds. The unique topics challenge us to look outside our own box at how trending technology and business practices will affect our company, our clients and the industry as a whole.

Attending ACAM-CEO is the single most influential and useful thing any Community Management firm CEO can do to improve their business. While the Board of ACAM-CEO always selects incredible venues for the event, it is the learning one leaves with to implement in their organizations that provides the realized value. The connections CEO’s make during the ACAM-CEO events is a year-long, life-long, benefit of the conference. My most dependable and supportive friends were people I met at ACAM-CEO. The Community Association Industry can be both crushing and elation inducing so having a group of friends to share the highs and lows with has become critical to my leadership, commitment to the industry, and my well being both in and out of the office. ACAM-CEO has had, and will continue, to have a dramatic, positive influence on my business, my people, and my clients.
