As the information around the COVID-19 virus continues to develop, we will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the state of California and the safety measures in place at Hilton Santa Barbara to ensure a safe, in-person experience for everyone in attendance. We will continue to update our attendees with the most up-to-date information via our website and emails leading up to the conference.

By attending our ACAM-CEO MindShare Retreat, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This may include, but is not limited to, wearing a mask at all times in public areas (depending on current guidelines), engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
Here are our commitments to you:
- ACAM-CEO will be following the guidelines set by the State of California and the Hilton Santa Barbara. There is not a current mask mandate in the State of California
- Personal Accountability Commitment. We ask that if you are feeling ill during our event, we ask that you take a COVID test and refrain from attending any sessions/evening events until you have a confirmed negative COVID test.
- In the event ACAM-CEO is notified of a positive COVID test, ACAM-CEO will notify conference attendees via email of exposure.
