SPONSORSHIP

Our sponsors are a driving force behind the success of ACAM-CEO. Sponsors attend our Annual Mindshare Retreat in addition to our monthly Virtual Mindshares in order to deepen their understanding of the needs of community association management companies and offer their own best practices in their given fields of work.  Learn more about our sponsors below.

Frequently Asked
Sponsorship Questions

How do I become a sponsor?
ACAM-CEO sponsorship is limited to 33 sponsors to keep the ratio of executives to sponsors at a minimum. We give all our returning sponsors first-right-of-refusal to claim their sponsorship spots for the upcoming year.  Once that period expires, we reach out to our waitlist based on bringing diversity within our business partner sponsors and then based on when the business partner was added to the waitlist.  If you are interested in being added to the waitlist, please email our Executive Director, Andrea Daigle, at [email protected].
How many representatives from each company are allowed to attend?
Sponsorship includes registration for 2 representatives from each company.  Business partners take part in the conversation, sitting alongside attendees.  This allows our sponsors to interact, learn and contribute to the discussion.

Sponsors are invited to take part of our referral program.
For every 10 attendee referrals, your Company will be allowed to have one 1 additional representative attend. Registrants have the option to list their referral source when they register.
Is there a trade show floor?
There is no traditional trade show floor. Sponsors are welcome to bring a 1 page flyer all other promotional materials including swag, raffles, and offsite events, are not permitted.
If my company is not a sponsor, can we still attend?
No.  We limit business partner registration to our sponsors.

If any individual employed by an organization that is not a current, paying sponsor appears at one of our events or is found on the premises of the conference hotel, both the individual and the organization will be immediately and permanently removed from our sponsor waitlist. Additionally, a fine equal to the cost of sponsorship of the event will be imposed on the violating organization.  This fine must be paid within 30 days of the violation notice. Any attempt to misrepresent themselves as a sponsor without prior authorization will result in an irreversible disqualification from all future sponsorship opportunities.
Can my company host an event the conference?
No.  We ask business partners to refrain from hosting any organized events (i.e., private events, parties, sessions, add-ons, or other non-event-related happenings) 3 days before or during the ACAM-CEO MindShare Event.  Any business partner that violates this policy, will not be invited back for sponsorship.
I want to become a sponsor, do you have a waitlist?
Yes, please email our Executive Director, Andrea Daigle at [email protected] to be added to the list.  We value the contributions of all our sponsors and attendees, and as part of our policy, the board reserves the right to give priority to returning sponsors during the first-right-of-refusal period to secure their sponsorship spots for the upcoming year. This approach aims to recognize these business partners' longstanding support and maintain continuity within our community.

Each year, once we have confirmed the returning sponsors, the board reserves the right to reach out to the waitlist based on a consideration of diverse business partner offerings and the time of their addition to the waitlist. The emphasis on diverse business partner offerings means we strive to include a wide range of sponsorship service offerings. By doing so, we aim to create a rich and dynamic experience for all participants, facilitating a broader exchange of ideas and expertise throughout the event. Your name will remain on the waiting list until we reach out to you directly, which may be an extended amount of time. If we reach out to you regarding a sponsorship opportunity and do not receive a response from you within the specified timeframe, the board reserves the right to remove you from the waiting list.
How do sponsors participate in the event?
Sponsors are expected to fully participate in all available sessions and social events as an opportunity to network with CEO attendees. Sponsors should attend and positively contribute to all MindShare sessions, interact and network with all participants to build relationships, and refrain from "suitcasing" products or services.  We also invite our sponsors to take part in our Tuesday Talks.
My company has multiple subsidiaries under our umbrella. Can they attend under our sponsorship?
No, sponsorship is exclusively reserved for the single company named on the agreement that submitted payment. Those in attendance under the sponsorship must be representing the sponsoring company specifically. Sister companies, subsidiaries, or other entities under your parent company's umbrella may not attend the conference under the same sponsorship, even if they are affiliated. Each attending company must have their own separate sponsorship agreement and all attendees must represent that specific sponsoring entity.
As a sponsor, will we receive the attendance list and conference materials?
Yes, sponsors will receive the attendee list prior to the conference.  Post conference, you will receive the final attendee list and all conference materials. Sponsors may not share any provided information including conference materials or attendee lists.
