WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST HOPE FOR THE CAM INDUSTRY?

That the industry is recognized as a respected profession. For homeowners to understand the professionalism, skill, and dedication it takes to successfully run an HOA and I want companies to truly value their people and the hard work that goes into this job. Meaningful work happens when people feel respected and know their contributions matter. By raising standards through education and advocacy, we can show the vital role qualified managers play in building strong, well-run communities.

where is your favorite place in the world?

It's a toss-up between Tuscany and Switzerland.

​Beach or mountains?

Both.  Beach for a relaxing vacation but mountains everyday.

What was your college major?

Sport Management and Marketing, with a minor in History.

do you hit the snooze button or wake up immediately?

I wake up naturally between 5-6 am.  No alarm clock needed.

if you could splurge on one item, what would it be?

Travel.

what was your first concert?

What is your favorite season of the year & why?

Fall will always be my favorite.  Cooler days, the colors, perfect weather to be outside.

Are you a morning or night person?

Morning

when will you know you "made it"?

As I get older, I hope I can look back on a life filled with laughter, great friends, adventures, accomplishments, and - most importantly - living on my own terms. To me, that’s what “making it” really means.
